Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Vehicle” – any vehicle provided for your journey.
  • “Luggage” – all personal belongings brought onboard.
  • “Journey” – travel between collection point and destination.
  • “We”, “us”, “our” – Delux Travels Airport Transfers Ltd.
  • “You”, “your” – the booking holder and all passengers under that booking.

We agree to transport you and your luggage in accordance with these Terms.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings are processed through Delux Travels Airport Transfers Ltd.
  • Accurate collection and return details must be provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3. Collection

  • Be ready at least 5 minutes before scheduled pickup.
  • Waiting charges may apply.
  • Routes may be adjusted where necessary.
  • Failure to be ready may result in cancellation or additional charges.

4. Return Journeys

  • We rely on the return details provided at booking.
  • Missed collections due to incorrect information remain your responsibility.

5. Children

  • Children under 14 must travel with a responsible adult aged 18+.
  • Infants and child seat requirements must be declared at booking.

6. Luggage

  • Each passenger may bring 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage item.
  • Special items must be declared in advance.
  • Fragile items are carried at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Items

  • Weapons, illegal substances or hazardous materials
  • Live animals unless agreed in advance
  • Items exceeding 25kg or with sharp/protruding edges

8. Passenger Conduct

  • No abusive, threatening or disruptive behaviour
  • No smoking, alcohol or illegal substances onboard
  • No obstruction of the driver or emergency exits
  • No travel while seriously ill or contagious

We reserve the right to refuse travel or cancel journeys without refund if these rules are breached.

9. Lost Property

  • Please notify us immediately regarding lost items.
  • Recovered property will be returned where reasonably possible.

10. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before travel.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.
  • Contact us for amendments.

11. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

12. General

  • Journeys may be carried out by authorised subcontractors.
  • No representative may alter these Terms.
  • These Terms are governed by UK law.
