Definitions

  • Vehicle: Any vehicle provided for your journey.
  • Luggage: All personal belongings brought onboard.
  • Journey: Travel between collection and destination.

Bookings

  • Processed through Delux Travels Airport Transfers Ltd.
  • Accurate collection/return details are mandatory.
  • Not responsible for delays due to incorrect info.

Collection

  • Be ready 5 minutes before scheduled pickup.
  • Waiting charges may apply for late arrivals.
  • Failure to be ready may result in cancellation.

Passenger Conduct

  • No abusive or threatening behaviour.
  • Strictly no smoking, alcohol, or vaping onboard.
  • Drivers may refuse travel if rules are breached.

Children & Luggage

  • Under 14s must have an adult (18+) present.
  • Standard luggage limits apply per passenger.
  • Fragile items are carried at your own risk.

Cancellations

  • Must be made 12 hours before travel for a refund.
  • Late cancellations/no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Contact us directly for all amendments.

These terms are governed by UK law. Authorised subcontractors may be used for specific journeys to ensure service continuity.
