1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• “Minibus” or “vehicle” means any vehicle provided for your journey.
• “Luggage” includes all personal belongings brought onto the vehicle.
• “Journey” means the travel between your collection point and destination.
• “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Delux Travels Airport Transfers Ltd.
• “You”, “your” refers to the person who made the booking, anyone travelling under that booking, or anyone for whom the booking was made.

We agree to transport you and your luggage subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings

All bookings are processed through Delux Travels Airport Transfers Ltd, regardless of how the booking is made (e.g. phone, email, or online).

3. Children and Young Persons

Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

4. Collection for Outbound Journeys

Please be ready for collection at least five minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

• Waiting time charges may apply.
• Your booking may be cancelled to avoid delays for other passengers.
• The route may be adjusted to collect other customers on time.

5. Return Journeys

We rely on the return details you provide. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in missed collections or delays, for which we cannot accept responsibility.

6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to provide transport caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: severe weather, road accidents, heavy traffic, strikes, police or government actions, terrorism, vandalism, riots, or mechanical breakdowns.

7. Luggage

Each passenger may bring one medium/large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.

Additional or special items (e.g. golf clubs, prams, folding wheelchairs, or bicycles) must be declared at the time of booking.

Fragile items are carried at your own risk. Drivers may assist with luggage at their discretion but are not required to handle excessively heavy items.

8. Prohibited Items

Without our permission, you must not bring:

• Weapons, illegal drugs, solvents, or hazardous materials
• Live or dead animals, fish, or insects
• Items over 25kg, perishable goods, or items with sharp or protruding edges

Prohibited items may be removed from the vehicle immediately upon discovery. If unsure, please confirm with us in advance.

9. Lost Property

If you find or leave an item on a vehicle, please notify the driver immediately. Left items will be stored for collection or returned to you on your next journey (if applicable).

10. Passenger Behaviour

All passengers must behave respectfully and safely at all times. You must not:

• Be abusive, threatening, or disruptive
• Endanger others or damage property
• Obstruct the driver or ignore their instructions
• Smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs (except prescribed medication)
• Bring hot food on board
• Play loud music or use devices that disturb others
• Block aisles or emergency exits
• Travel while seriously ill or contagious

We reserve the right to refuse travel, remove passengers, or cancel a journey without refund if these rules are breached.

11. General Information

• Journeys may be carried out by authorised agents or subcontractors on behalf of Delux Travels Airport Transfers Ltd.
• No employee or representative has authority to change these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms are governed by UK law.
• Only you and Delux Travels Airport Transfers Ltd may enforce these Terms. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply.
